Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
- Barefoot shoes: Due to the nature of their design and close contact with the foot, barefoot shoes cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
- Slippers: For hygiene reasons, slippers are non-returnable unless they are defective.
Return & Exchange Process

- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely, including the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
