• Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: £12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase is required. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

• Barefoot Shoes: Due to their close contact with the foot.
• Slippers: For hygiene reasons.

Return & Exchange Process

3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely, including the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method
